Account Settings

Account Settings

Manage your profile, security, and preferences from the Settings page. Click Settings in the sidebar to access your account options.

Profile

Your profile controls how you appear to others in the portal.

SettingDescription
NameYour display name, shown on comments, tickets, and throughout the portal
AvatarYour profile picture. Upload an image to replace the default avatar.

To update your profile:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Edit your Name or click on your avatar to upload a new image.
  3. Save your changes.

Password

You can change your password at any time.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  4. Click Update Password.

If you have forgotten your current password, sign out and use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page to reset it via email.

Theme

AgentDesk supports light and dark mode. You can switch between them from Settings.

Your theme preference is saved to your account and applies across all devices.

Notification preferences

Control which notifications you receive. Each preference is a toggle that you can turn on or off:

Ticket createdReceive a notification when a new ticket is created
Status changedReceive a notification when a ticket you are watching changes status
New commentReceive a notification when a comment is added to a watched ticket
MentionsReceive a notification when someone mentions you with @ in a comment
