Billing
Manage your subscription and invoices from Admin > Settings > Billing.
Plans
AgentDesk offers five subscription tiers:
* Soft cap at 50,000 workflows/month; overage at $0.10/workflow.
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. Annual billing saves approximately two months compared to monthly billing.

Viewing your current plan
The billing page shows:
- Your plan tier and status (Active, Past Due, Cancelled, or Trialing)
- Your billing period start and end dates
- A Stripe portal button where you can manage payment methods, update your billing address, and download invoices
Usage dashboard
The billing page tracks three usage metrics in real time:
Usage bars change colour as you approach your limits:
- Normal (under 80%) -- standard display
- Warning (80-99%) -- amber bar with a warning indicator
- At limit (100%) -- red bar with an upgrade prompt
Changing your plan
Upgrading
- On the billing page, choose between Monthly and Yearly pricing.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Complete the checkout process.
- Your new limits take effect immediately after payment.
Downgrading
- Click Downgrade on a lower-tier plan.
- Follow the steps to confirm the change.
Make sure your current usage is within the target plan's limits before downgrading.
Billing email
Set the email address where invoices and billing notifications are sent:
- Enter an email in the Billing Email field.
- Click Save.
This defaults to your account email if not set.
Invoice history
The Invoice History section lists your past invoices with the invoice number, date, status, amount, and a link to download the PDF.
Stripe customer portal
Click the Stripe button on the Current Plan card to access the Stripe billing portal, where you can:
- View and download invoices
- Update payment methods
- Change your billing address
- Cancel your subscription
Image credits
AI image generation in AgentDesk consumes image credits. Credits are tracked per organisation and replenished each billing period based on your plan.
You can view your current credit balance and usage on the billing page. When your credits are exhausted, AI image generation is unavailable until credits are replenished at the start of your next billing period or your plan is upgraded.
